No. This is a surface snorkelling experience — no diving involved. Some comfort in the water is needed, but no certifications or prior experience required.
No — this stays shallow and controlled, with swim buoys to support safe limits. But the ocean is still the ocean, so a basic level of comfort in open water is important.
